Needed a car fast and picked up a Focus Estate TDCI Zetec 52 plate. Couple of things:

1. When getting above 60 mph, a lot of noise from the front sides of car - more than I am used to on my other 3 series and Golf. I know there may likely be a little more, but I have driven many Focuses and this one is quite noisy at speed. Sounds almost like it's coming from the sides of the screen of doors - anything simple to check? Nothing visibly looks out of place.

2. Isofix. Pulled back seats up and notice the two rubbers are hiding the threaded holes - hopefully meaning that these holes are waiting for the Isofix kit. Does any know what the kit part number is, or can send a link? This one on ebay:

is, I believe, for the mk II, will it fit a mk I?

Any info much appreciated. My first Ford since a 1977 Fiesta!

Thanks.

That kit is for model year 2004 on. It will not fit your car I'm afraid.

There are holes (threaded) for the Isofix - anyone know the part number of the kit?
