All, Got a slight problem. I've got front driving lights on my S2 111s, the ones that sit in the 'mouth' of the car and mount inside the front crash box on brackets mounted from the top. I've exacerbated the problem by fitting an aftermarket grille which glues in from the inside, so I can now no longer get access to the crash box by pulling the grille off. One of the lights isn't working (I'm pretty sure it's just the bulb) so i need to get at the back of it. There doesn't seem to be enough space to unbolt the brackets from the front past the lights themselves. Is there any way of getting into the crash box other than through the grille? Looks like it might be a clam-off job for me to change a bl**dy bulb!

Any ideas?

MOT is due in a couple of weeks so got to get sorted, do you need to have them working if you put opaque covers over them?

If you angle the lights down as far as they will go, you will see where the lamp bracket screws to car. There are two very small bolts, think they are either 6 or 7mm socket size. You can unscrew these then the bracket comes off with the lamp. Easy enough to do, although I did end up drilling 2 of the bolts on mine as they sheared! Use plenty of penetrating fluid before attempting!

Pop the indicator out. You should be able to get at the bolts for the brackets from above then.
