Front Indicator Bulb 1994 Z28 Camaro

I know this is probably a really easy job but I'm struggling to see how I get into the front valance to replace the bulb. Anyone who can help is an angel! Thanks - Barb x

IIRC, underneath the car there is a removable hatch on each side to access the front turn indicator sockets, the side markers are accessed from under the bonnet.
