Headlights

I've seen some S's with flat clear headlights. Can anyone tell me where these are from and how much they are? How does the cost compare to standard headlights?

I would recommend asking for the upgraded bulbs more expensive but you can actually see where you are going, give SVC a ring they are most helpful.
