That was an interesting day...

Monsoon rain in the morning with rivers running down paddock hill, to a warm dry track in the afternoon - all in all an excellent day. Driving standards looked pretty good, although i'm not sure what happened between the Golf and Saxo.

Did anyone get any photos from the day ?

James - what car were you in?

Was a great day! I only went on for the last hour or so but still had a fantastic time..

There were some quick cars there - i timed a few doing 56-57 secssmile

Met some nice folk too;)

Did anyone get any pics?

I've got some in-car footage if anyone would like to see it..

Cheers all,

Sam

Hi Sam,

Put the footage up, I'm off to Brands on 27th of this month so would be keen to watch!

Cheers.

Sam,

I was one of the drivers of the yellow Radical SR4 that was there...I wasn't out during the last hour of the day though.

There were some very quick cars there. A red Noble M400 did some laps and that looked very fast, and I had a bit of fun with a great sounding F430 just before lunch.

Here's the footage

It was all taken from inside my old shed - R32 GTR Vspec,348bhp, 1500kg, 'welded' back diff;)

Me chasing another GTR with lots of flames! We managed some 58sec laps - amazing given my attempts to come off at the same corner every lap!

That must be great driving a radical! What sort of times do you get in that??

I think i timed the noble at 56 secs? -looked and sounded fantastic!

I popped by yesterday and watched you all having fun for a while. Wish I'd booked the day now actually.

Anyway, I don't think the red Noble was all that fast really, although it did sound good. The Mini's looked a fair bit quicker and were getting held up by it. They just were'nt as impressive down the straights.
