Radio Code

May sound like a stupid question, but where can I get the radio code for the CD player in a 97 Vectra?

My father no longer uses it (he has moved to Canada), and has left me to seel it, however the battery has gone flat and the code is required.

Is it just a question of going to the local Vauxhall Dealer?

I *think* a dealer could tell you by phone with the chassis no/reg no.

Only thing is that the radio has been upgraded to a CD player, still a Vauxhall one though.
