Just a quick question on which wax to get, hard or soft?
My choice is between Purple Haze (soft), Blue velvet (Hard) or go for the Supernatural v2?

Supernatural is the better recipe than the pair of them, if you can stretch to the higher price. The other two are quite similar in recipe terms, with the hard texture being a little softer these days so not a lot to differentiate them apart from colour and fragrance... although Blue Velvet has a fraction more carnauba in it so maybe that one.

For a jaw dropping finish use Lime Prime followed by Supernatural topped off with Red Mist.
A truly stunning finish on any colour.

Unless using R222 (P21S), once a month should be fine, depending on the various factors of where you park it, how much it's driven, how often you wash it, birds doing their bit to piss you off, etc.
If R222, then weekly is about par for the course.

How long do you leave the supernatural before applying the red mist?

Leave an hour or two at least; ideally 24 hours.

Supernatural is slow curing and Red Mist has a strong solvent in.

Is the Lime Prime safe to use with a DA machine polisher in a novices hands or should i apply by hand to be on the safe side?

LP is fine with a DA, depending on pad grade, and speed worked at.
So long as you stick to 2' square areas, keep the machine moving, and work the polish fully, you should have no problems.

Thanks for all the tips guy'sbiggrin

I've spent most of the day going through all the stages and have to say
the Lime Prime is really easy to work with and does an amazing job.
I've just put on a coat of the Supernatural v2 and cannot believe how easy
it is to work with and the finish is outstanding... I'll now leave it till
the morning and go over it with the Red Mist.

Well finally finished and have to say it looks amazing, thanks again for the advice guy's.

There are still some light scratches that haven't been removed but i think that was down to me
being a bit scared at going too hard with the machine.
