My S2 has been sat at my Dads house for the last 2 1/2 years due to the fact that the Beak took my licence away for crashing my Chim thru a farmers wall at a rather high speed.
To cut a long story short, I have since moved house and now have room to store Trev and maybe do a little restoration before I attempt to convince the court that I need my licence in August.
Anyway, so Trev has not turned a wheel nor even been turned over for all that time, I just couldnt bring myself to do it knowing that my ban was sooo long. So at the weekend, decided time to move him to the new house.
Flat battery, no problem left on charge overnight. next day, turned over a couple of times to make sure fuel getting thru and oil pump primed etc. Looks promising thinks I, next turn of the key, Trev springs to life, no drama, coughing or sputtering, just as spritley as the day he was parked there.
Quick wash to remove the moss that had built up, looks and sounds fantastic.
As to whether he will pass his MOT, that could be another story, lots of rust on floor under car.
