My current favourite is Mayo on toast.

Have you any that people comment on as being a bit strange?

On the mayo theme I thoroughly enjoy dipping pizza slices in mayonnaise (not very healthy but very satisfying).

I also enjoy spreading marmite directly on to slices of mature cheddar and eating it. Saves me money buying bread.

Buttered Weetabix.

or,

Findus crispy pancake sandwich (hopefully you can follow the schematic):

> Slice of bread

> Sauce

> Findus Crispy Pancake

> Slice of bread

If I'm feeling 'sporty' then I prepare mentally and physically by substituting the crispy pancake with a steak and kidney pie. For performance gains.

A friends son has tomato sauce with literally everything.

He will also only eat one item at a time and will not move on to the next item until the previous is all eaten.......potatos first, then one item of greens at a time, then the meat etc.

Most bizarre

I've had mashed potato on buttery toast with fruity sauce before.

The waffle sandwich project sounds like it's we niece. Good work. I'm onboard.

I do that. Don't know why, just always have.

I suppose it's because I like the components of my meal to taste of what they are.

Mashing up meat, potato and vegetables onto the one fork just seems odd to me.

My housemate is the same. My mum is the opposite and when she has a roast has to ensure each and every component of the meal is carefully and expertly positioned on the fork to allow her to savour the dish as a whole! I like to think i can make do with a happy medium and mix it up a little!

My best mate has brown sauce with a roast dinner.

When we lived together I cooked a roast one sunday only for him to smother it in brown sauce.

I could have punched him.

I was thinking that sounds exactly like my mum, then looked at your username and realised it is my mum. As you were.
