I have one E46 with disc changer and sat nav tv thingy. (2001)

I have one iPhone.

I would like to link one to the other the cheapest way possible.

Any ideas chaps?

I have iphone and e46 with business audio (no BT). Is it possible or do I have to get a new head?

I use one of these in my 997 - quality is ok - not great but I'm not a big music buff so it's fine for me (oddly the sound quality is not nearly as good in my E60 although it is fine in our E90).
