Walldonway 24000 service

Oh god, £1700 for a service and other niggly bits I wanted done!
AND it's nearly Christmas, looks like everyone will be getting air fresheners from the local Esso garage then...
But they were very quick and friendly, and I picked the car up on the great rugby day, so that cushioned the blow...

I got the entire roof water-proofed and replaced all the window trims so in theory I can drive it under-water like James Bond.
Because it's an older model it's got the old doors so the water-proofing took a bit of effort to get right!
There were other problems that needed sorting, I'll post the list of fixes if anyones interested (2000 W Tuscan)

Agree they are top draw and really nice people but with a car of more than three years old you're better off with specialists like APM. Andy looked after my cerbie as the quote for the 24k er was eye watering from the main dealers. E mail me offline if you want any details but believe me I could have had it serviced and stuck new tyres all round and still have change to go to France for a weekend.

Err Blatch, why did you need the entire roof waterproofing?? Not heard of that before, did you need any other body panels waterproofing as well?
