M3 Coupe brand new, this for real??

I have had a call from my local dealer after i made an enquiry on a different car a few weeks ago and they are asking me to go and visit them and they are doing brand new m3 coupe's for £555.00 Contract hire?!?!
Anyone know if this is for real or is it a ploy to get me "through the doors"??
