Just a remark.
I've got the feeling that after the full rebuild temp is a little bit higher.

Previously around 75 now around 82-85 but running a lot better!

Why? Sensor?

The engine will be tighter after rebuild, so higher temperature would be expected, but it will bed in and temperature will reduce.

82-85 sounds pretty good to me. My T350 with an ally rad upgrade runs between 90 & 95 & thats following a bottom end rebuild from power only a couple of months ago.

Hi Zip, Whats the run-in mileage of the rebuild?
Are you tagging along to the meet this weekend?
Jon.

Hi Jon wavey,
As mine was only a bottome end the running in period was a relatively small 500 miles. I've now covered 1200 so shes certainly fully run in!
Unfortunately I can't make it this weekend, too many other things that need doing. Shame as I really enjoyed the last run out, though at least you now know my car & I actually exist smile
Hopefully I'll be able to make next months.
