I also have a small leak on the rad, chris neal's are looking into getting one on the warranty but not sure if this will happen.
Mine's also a 04 3r.
Is the pro alloy one much better than the standard noble part?

Paul, it is a lot better quality wise, and also cheaper...
I have a pace one - also happy with that (Although Adrian W had a problem with his and then went to pro-alloy.)
Both around the same price.
Pro-alloy have a far faster lead time though.
