Central looking

Got no central locking boots open all the time only key i have doesn,t fit,found hose in boot with a piece of black plastic in the end thats broken off the junction two other hoses attached in the centre is a plunger that opens and closes the petrol cap . Any body know how to remove this part [ pics ] iwas going to try and glue or melt back in with a soldering iron anyone know where the third hose goes as i just shoved my arm up to get a photo with phone
