Thing is, until you try it, you won't believe how difficult it is to hold those positions. Their core strength is admirable. A local park has vertical bars and I've tried doing basic stuff like holding myself horizontal; felt like the flesh on my hands was tearing off and I wasn't anywhere near horizontal. I'll never make a pole dancer. weeping
