Craig and guys here's one for you, was thinking about letting my (just) 18 year old nephew have some seat time in my car, and was wondering if it is something you would consider letting a complete track novice, have a go as such

wasnt thinking about top speed as such that would be crazy, moderate speeds, with a sensible passenger shouting at him smile VMAX been such a safe event it would be an ideal environment for him to have a few laps. I was thinking he could hang back let the car go before setting off, even have some huge letters all over the car 'Stay Clear track novice' whatever it takes

he's quite a sensible petrolhead, been riding motorbikes and quads from a very young age, has lots of experience on a jet ski (with a license) which he pilots at 70mph, had a boat licence at 16 where he has handled some expensive craft, and a new car for last years birthday which has been accident free.

not wanting to spoil anyones day and understanding VMAX isnt a training school, just tell me where to go if its not possible

Why not just pop down to Brunters with him and have a few hours on track with him, plenty of space and time without any worry of him being "in the way"

Brunters will let you hire by the hour for testing purposes.
