Hi Gooby, both of my sons have been there, they ride downhill so I guess it depends on what sort of riding you're into. It's mostly gravity and jumpy type of thing. They hold organised downhill and 4cross racing as well as uplift days (uplifts are done in an old French army truck, quite impressive). Had the student champs there earlier this year when they did xc as well but not comparable to Afan or Cwmcarn for example.
All the info re booking uplifts or riding are on the website, so I believe. Incidentally, great views from the top and I think the local ladies turn up to do the food (including cakes!) on race and uplift days.

Been a couple of times, excellent place, especially if you're using the uplift.
However, a bloody awful place if its wet - the terrain doesn't lend itself well to rain; too many wooden structures, slippery roots and clay mud.
Unless you like that sort of thing of course.
In the dry, simply stellar.
