Two strange things today - most odd.

I saw a 09 fiesta in black the other day drive past the hairdressers, I brought it to my Mum's attention an another 2 09 black fiestas went past in the same line of traffic!

This is correct, I remeber when they changed the plate style reading how the DVLA had made it so they had enough numbers for 50 years. the last plate will be ??49 ??? and ??99 ???. Although I severly doubt we will need number plates by then.

I haven't seen one 09 plated car that is anything other than a supermini.

Actually that's a lie, I saw a new 997 last week; other than that, nothing. No execs, no luxury barges, nada.

There are fewer 09 plates than one usually expects - but both houses across my road have 09 cars (Pug 308 and Nissan Qashqai) to replace their 3 year old cars that had absolutely nothing wrong with them...
