how do i lower it

hi there just wanting a bit of help.
i have got a 2001 megane and it as a (carnt spell it) torshan bar on the back how do i lower it.
any help welcome even on the spelling cheers

Dunno but google for "torsion bar lowering guide" and you'll get a fair few ideas.
