flames out of a exhaust
had it all the time on my esprit turbo
bigger turbo, bigger secondary injectors, Viper forced airfilter, no cat and a larini exhaust did the job
it was nice to drive at nighttime
a lot of popping and baging though

all caterhams are not equal!

something like an R300 is a very capable machine as standard round a track but the mods you can do to one are virtually endless. My car started life as a Superlight R, 190bhp. It was a weapon back in the late 90's but left standard a lot of modern machinery would have closed the gap. Since then it's been modded within an inch of its life and is packing a lot more bhp than standard. It still says 'superlight r' on the back though!

Had a play with a modded Escort the other week that was spitting flames trying to pull away from me. Badged as a sport but with a cosworth lump, massive brakes and wheels. Went on for a good few miles but never anywhere safe to pass, then I started getting hit by bits flying out from his exhaust, followed by lots of smoke. Didn't look good. He pulled off at the next junction and was too embarrassed to make eye contact. Maybe he will invest in something more reliable next time, like a speed 6. laugh
