I've used importcarparts.co.uk for a couple of orders for bits for my Legacy - they seem to be OK. I wish someone would do an online equivalent of mx5parts.co.uk for Scoobies though...

Jap Performance Parts....... Grade A subaru (both breakers)

Zen Performance.....Roger Clark Motorsport....TSL.....Powerstation....Scooby Clinic.....Area 52.....GRD....... you can get parts sent to you from all of these as they have an online presence so you can look at the bits you want and they all do mail order

And there are many others......

On experience......i wouldn't go to Flat4Online again purely because of the ridiculous experience i had dealing with this chap. The parts he sells are 1st class, the website is great, but you have to wait such a long time for your bits to arrive (weeks and weeks), and he never ever picks up the phone when you ring, and doesn't reply to emails for days until you start to threaten to pull your order if he doesn't reply, and then his reply's either smack of bullst of have absolutely nothing to do with the last email you sent him a while back.
Bloody terrible service!! banghead

Thanks for that - these seem to be more performance upgrade parts, are these good for stock parts also?!..

They should all sell a range of Subaru OEM parts for things like servicing, sensors etc... but will have a lot of better quality upgraded aftermarket parts as direct replacements that more often than not end up being a lot cheaper to buy than original Subaru parts.

An example......STi Turbo to Intercooler Subaru original 90degree bend silicone hose direct from the dealer £150 eek

The same hose by Samco or SFS high quality silicone hose in blue, black or red, from a decent subaru specialist......less than £20 inc VAT.

Go to a subaru specialist and get quotes for parts then go to a subaru stealership for quotes on std OEM parts and see what the difference is.

If you can get a high quality upgraded part from a Subaru specialist for less money than the std part from the dealer it's not a difficult choice to make.
