need a RAV4 recon engine ASAP

Can anybody suggest a good place to look for a replacement RAV4 engine

I have just been given the bad news that my '02 RAV 2.0 Petrol is seized.

Was meant to be driving to cornwall on saturday too..

Been told it's 5k for a new one so where is a good place to obtain a recon unit? I'm in SE London / NW Kent area.
