Advice on alloys+tyres for T5

Looking for some advice please people, just bought a 55 plate VW Transporter T5 and am looking at purchasing some Alloys for it.
Alloys iv seen are Range rover sport 20" with 275/40 r20 would these be ok or would i need to change the tyres to commercially rated ones??

Also seen some 18" Bmw E46 M3 alloys with 225/45/18 (front) 255/40/18 (rear) same question as above would wheels and tyres be ok??

As you can prob tell dont no jack about rims and tyres
