Summer BBQ - 10 years of NYTVRCC

Just giving you some advanced notice that we in North Yorks TVR region are celebrating 10 years of the region's birth.

To celebrate we are due to hold a summer BBQ.

We are inviting all members of the local regions :
North Yorks
South Yorks
West Yorks
East Yorks
Tees Valley

The BBQ will be tickets only and I hope to have them heavily subsidised by the TVR businesses of the area, through sponsorship.

The venue is to be the York Marina at Naburn

The date is Sat the 15th August

We aim to have a cracking summer afternoon, starting around 3.30pm.
Plenty to see and the TVR businesses to talk to.

About 5.30pm we will stoke up the Barbie, with pro chefs cooking up a delightful menu, inc desert.
A pay bar will be on site so that the non driver can while away the afternoon with a jar or two. Soft drinks available!

Food will cost about £16 each but with sponsorship Tickets will be about a tenner each.

So more news as soon as I get it.
We have sponsorship commitments already so its looking good.
