P1 the Phoenix

I was interested to receive P1 new web-site yet an other company that has
been reserected from from bankruptcy, and still using Damon Hill's name-
the person that brought their previous operation to an end !
That Takes Some B*lls- well done Michael!
I'm I mistaken or is it yet another "Phoenix" or have they just re-branded
themselves?
I think it might be option 1 !
On this Forum not that long ago I was advised that P1 had been wound up
and that a company called itself GP1 had taken over and relaunched in
London and Manchester ,seems all a bit confusing to me .
Anybody got any idea what is happening ,as I still think it is the way
forward in driving quality cars at a fraction of the cost of ownership.
