Warped Disks are normally a result of matetrial transfer onto the disk surface from the pads when you use them hard. Have a read up on the subject as its quite interesting what actually happens. My mate with a track 325i sport used red or yellow stuff pads - crap and gave the impression of warped disks. Put Padgid pads in and it transformed the car! There not cheap mind but they do do what they say on the box! Hence some are going in the M5 soon in anticipation for Germany!
