Nurburgring Accomodation

Hi all,

Just wondering, when people go to the 'Ring where do you stay? Only asking as I phoned Sliders Guest house, where a lot of people stay, and he was fully booked. He recommended I try the White House (Weisses Haus?) and gave me their phone number. Without really thinking about it (as I was concentrating on speaking German. lol.) i booked a room.

Finding it is not really an issue, but I just want to know if anyone has stayed there and what they thought of it? Cant find a website or anything on any of the nurburgring forums.

Try Franck at the Altes Fosthaus or Eddy at the Hotel an der Nordschleife.

If Bren recommended it you'll be fine.

When are you going? Its pretty late to be booking summer weekends at this point, so it'll be more a question of what you can get, than picking and choosing your preferred ...

The Altes Forsthaus worked well for me. The accomodation is pretty basic, but the food is good, the beer is excellent and so is the welcome. It's litterally 2 minutes walk from the ticket office too.

That's what I thought as many people hold him in high regard. Just cant find ANY info on it at all. lol. I'm not really fussed where I stay tbh. Just as long as its somewhere near the 'Ring and/or a Bar
