Hiya,

A friend of mine has asked whether I know anyone who could help out his mate's niece. She's 16, and she is going to her first prom this Friday. Her Dad had arranged for her to be driven there in an Aston Martin, but the guy with the Aston is no longer available.

Is there anyone who could spare half an hour and a fab car on Friday evening between 6.30 and 7.00 to drive her to her prom? She doesn't need a lift home - just a lift there. It's in Woking/Guildford area.

I offered the Atom, but I don't think her prom dress would look too wonderful afterwards, not to mention the wasted afternoon at the hairdresser!

It's a long shot, but if anyone can help, let me know.

Thanks guys!

Brian I don't think there is anything about the AeroMax that's not 'really special'!

I am meant to be out on Friday night, but there is a chance that might not happen, I will know tomorrow afternoon for sure, if not the will my banana testarossa any good-as seen on Saturday performing a nice spin wink

Edit, I am meeting up at 8, so I can probably do this...

Nancy,

Pete's Testarossa beats any common as muck Aston anyday. The young lady would arrive in style and be the talk of the night! Sounds great too!

It's all suddenly becoming clear, what you were really after was some pervert to offer any kind of date going for the damsel in distress (and less of that keeping it clean). Job done, I've got a suit and DJ, I'll hire a transit with a mattress in the back and drop her off in that. HTH.

You guys are all class.

Spoilt for choice is the understatement - now, if I were a 16 year old going to a prom, which would I choose???

No, all you lot who immediately said the transit van...
