Modern French food, exquisitely presented?

Having watched Jun Tanaka on Market Kitchen, I'd love to go there.

However finances don't allow.

It's part of the Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel. I went there with the wife a few months ago, very pleasant.

My brother was a chef there a couple of years ago. I only ate there once, but it was very good.
