has any one got a spare 4 pot calliper, only need outer half of passenger side calliper, as the thread has gone on bleed hole, really fed up as have just had them powder coated and new seals and pistons.

Can't you put an oversize thread into it? With matching nipple....

Are you sure its the thread in the hole and not the bleed nipple? I had the very same thing happen after having them rebuilt and coated and it turned out to be the nipple. The caliper is cast iron difficult to strip the thread in there.
Big Red by anychance?

no had them powder coated locally, but they didn't put any thing on the hole, was very careful as well but still nackered the thread on the calliper.

I had mine re-furbished by Big Red and I thought I had the same problem but It was stripped threads on the unions.
