So hows that going to work then? Will it be split into two sessions to make sure everyone does day & night time running?

Nah, they'll just change drivers over in the pit lane. ACO keeps details of who is in the car. Anyway, ther's still Thursday..

ACO timetable here http://www.lemans.org/24heuresdumans/pages/horaire... notice, only for 24h, not support race. The page is dated way back in february, so how current is the info?

Fantastic news, our lot should roll in about lunchtime. Just enough time to unpack and set up the camp, fix some dinner and then head to the track to catch the start of the qualifying. Woop!

Wednesday is just practise, times don't count for the grid. The teams only have Thursday night to set a time for the grid this year. By making wednesday a six hour test session I think they are trying to make up for a lack of a dedicated test weekend this year.
