Got this out of the blue. Just wondered if anyone else had had one?

the Global Media Desk in Paris, France. We are responsible for media
productions all around the world. For more information please visit our

Currently we are looking for a photographer to shoot a catalog of
buildings and industrial, factory areas in Lille (and around Lille).
If you are interested in the project please send me your rates
for this project and your CV with a work sample (preferably similar to the
project's theme).

Just had a look through the T&C on the site...
Two pieces jumped out at me...
1, " Entries are submitted free of charge. GMD may or may not contact you afterwards to request that you enter into a Networking Agreement which defines the terms and conditions by which you may be booked to work on GMD projects. Such Networking Agreements may contain provisions for the payment of Commissions to GMD in exchange for bookings"
2, " GMD'S LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GMD UNDER THIS AGREEMENT"
So, just another database that wants payment, with no guarentee that an applicant will gain any benefit from it.
Rearrange the following into a well known phrase or saying....
touch, with, bargepole, not, a, would.
