the little cicuit on the top of the dash

another quick one for a friday! what does the little circuit board on the top of the dash acctually do? mines had a bit of a fit and a lot of stuff now isnt working as it should be...

i thought it was just the buzzer for the shift lift etc?

I know it should have a ribbon wire that connects down to the MIL warning light and the Ice warning light
