Saw a silver one on the M1 going southbound near Leicester on Saturday, must have been doing a ton easy.

Sat behind one in Macclesfield. I was in my lotus elise, the thing towered over my poor little car! yikes

If I ever decide to sell the STi then it'll either be a Type25 or a GTR to replace yum

Yes they are big, surprisingly so, mine only fits in my single garage length ways by 2 inches biggrin
Not a pretty car tbh but extremely purposeful and menacing.
And the car itself is absolutely awesome, i have tbh and say its the only car i ever bought which has exceeded my expectations, the 18 month wait was totally worth it.

I went passed one too, although I nearly missed it. They blend right into normal traffic, unlike the 34, which looked hardcore and a touch insane! Rather like the latter Evo's not having the same impact as the classic 5.

Give me a 34 Nismo every time smile

Really? I didn't know that they could go that fast.

I've posted my second Auto-Journal entry which elaborates a bit on this month's Evo Fast Fleet article: http://www.auto-journals.com/journals/Nissan?model...

David, the R34 GT-R has absolutely no more "electronic nannies" than the R32 or R33 GT-R have.

Really? As you know, I skipped ownership of that model, but I thought there was traction or stability control on it?
Happy to edit my article if I am mistaken.

Definitely no additional systems.

Waiting for sat-nav (after some deliberation).

Saw my first today, in Titanium Grey. The £100k CL63AMG mercedes driving just in front of it paled in comparison, next to the GTR's presence.

And they're huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge.

Really liked that write up. I actually laughed at one point as we clearly have a similar ritual: My two little girls line up next to the car, I remove thier shoes as I lift them in and place the shoes in the boot. Funny how kids accept things like that without question.

Im just about as sad. I get my son to remove my daughters shoes before removing his own.
