Just got the car this week and tonight I get this warning up. Is there all the time with an irritating buzzer sounding. Car drives okay and no warning code showing. Does this mean a visit to my local dealer? Help.....!

I norm get that once I have washed it.. One of the sensors gets wet and gives the fault, look at the one ontop of the airbox if you have the bonnet off.

Also welcome to the TUscan world Greg, did'mt realise you went for one over the SL55, you will be glad you did though biggrin

I had this, it was the temp sensors. You can turn the buzzer down by changing the pod setting volume. Worth getting it checked on a laptop. You can download the software from www.mytuscan.co.uk.

I had this too but it was an O2 sensor. As said get a laptop on there and see whats up, does it clear if you press the reset button on the pod?

When I switch on it says Fault code O - No communications between analogue and control What does this actually mean? and why wont it let me reset it? What's my next move? assume a trip to Racing Green?

Where do I get the link cable to allow me to connect to my laptop?

Is this what TVR ownership is all about? let the fun begin......

I have a cable greg, you need a serial port on your laptop. Its prob some open circuit somewhere on a sensor.

Ditto.

I also have the cable, but no serial port on my laptop. However you can get serial to usb converters so that's what i'm planning to do (ebay, maplin, etc.)

Dont bother pete with the serial to USB cable, mine didnt work. If you can get a card that turns a usb into a serial port that might work. I'm planning on getting a card adaptor for my macbook with the 34 port thingy.

welcome to try mine, but they just dont seem to work with the drivers for them. Like I say I have express port on mymac, so going to get a serial adaptor for that. If my flat mate has left his old laptop at the house, I have serial and the SW on it already. Will bring it to BBQ.
