So call dealer on Tuesday and ask to be put through to parts to buy wiper blades. Rings for 2 mins then goes back to reception "sorry, there is no one there, please call back"

Repeat Wednesday

Repeat Thursday

Friday, get's put through, end up on the parts dept voice mail, leave details as instructed for them to call me back.

Still waiting......

Phone reception and ask to speak to the DP or aftersales manager. If that was the dealership I worked at we would be in his office immediately and asked to explain why a customer has been waiting 4 days to get through and order a part.

I have tried to contact 3 dealers via the contact page on the BMW website about their M5's and as of right now I havent had a single reply.

I sent these requests last weekend, not like I am a time waster as I already have an m5 and want a newer one......

Seems I can't give my money away.

Two reasons really, firstly mine is now 4 years old, the oldest car I have had for quite a while. Secondly, I fancy a black one, mine is silverstone.

Get an XFR... and pi55 them off. if they don't return your calls they obviously don't want your business...

Had the same a few years back, went to dealer on a saturday and they had a cancelled order X5, decent spec so £££, asked about it, they said they would call me on Monday. No call, I called left messages, after a week I gave up and bought the 6. Had a call a few weeks later as they had my details as being interested in an X5, told them where to stick it!

Why not just go to halford/motosave etc etc????

Yep, tried GSF and europarts and they don't stock them!
