Hi there people of Yorkshire,

Coming over from Manchester for a night in Leeds to celebrate a friend's 21st with about 25 of us! A mixture of girls and boys ages ranging from 20s to 30s. Never been before but I hear it's a good night.

Any suggestions for good areas or certain bars? What about a good club with decent dance music? (probably have to be mainstreamish as there are wide variety of tastes).

Oh, and we're staying not too far from the main train station, so want to try and keep within walking distance.

Cheers. smile

I go down "the calls" quite a bit,(its down by the corn exchange) anywhere you go you're gonna have to break into smaller groups (and make sure they are mixed too)... loads of awesome bars down there, club wise, i suppose there is Oceana but its a bit "drunken hen night/slapper-ish" for me. They have dance/disco/boudoir and chilled rooms in there.

As said already you'd need to split up into small groups and grab some local girls as you walk into places.....doormen always question big groups of lads in Leeds.

You can either do the top end of town and walk down or do the corn exchange, calls area then onto Mission, Oceana.

If you fancy nicer bars then start at the top of town, say tiger tiger and then walk back toward the train station picking up most of the bars on the way back down.....theres a good bar directly opposite the train station. Think its called the old post office.
