What are you trying to achieve? You should be ok for most tracks with a standard cat, if that's what you're after. My PTP170 with Janspeed, induction and sports cat tests at 103db static but somehow sneaks through the 98db drive by at Donington if that helps. Yours sounds like it should be a few db quieter than that.

I had the same car and exhaust and did a few track days at Bedford Autodrome without any problem.

Yet my car (with one of the quieter sports exhausts - Blueflame/Motobuild) and K&N has been kicked off Bedford after failing drive-by. It did take me three days to achieve that though and I suspect the K&N and 7krpm past one of the sound meters had something to do with itlaugh)
My car consistently measures 92/93 db static.
If you're thinking of doing Bedford and live close by then they'll do a drive-by test for you before you commit to spending money on a track day.
Although there are rumours of MSV having relaxed the very stringent one strike rule my understanding is that it still applies the only difference being that they'll black flag you in order to warn you you're getting close now - gives you a chance to keep the revs down.

It was a few years ago... perhaps they've changed their maximum noise levels since then?

Bedford have been under increasing pressure from a group of locals who seem to have overlooked the fact that the place used to be an airfield.
The only way MSV can keep the place open is by applying very strict noise control measures. Basically, the local council has access to their sound level records and too many violations will see them in the brown stuff.
One LOT day in either December 07 or Jan 08 the one strike rule was introduced for the first time: I think 13 cars were black flagged and kicked out. I think even a boggo factory Elise S was black flagged (probably caught up in a group of other cars and unlucky)! I survived that day but wasn't so lucky the next time, although I comfortably pass static. Fortunately for me my black flag came at about 4.00pm so I didn't really lose out.
As an interesting side note, a 996 GT3 which failed static seemed to have no problem keeping under the drive-by.
The staff at Bedford are as flexible as they can be in the circumstances and try as hard as they can. Its no good getting wound up with the marshals and staff (as some seem to do): if they don't keep the council happy then the placed will be closed. Simple really.
