Knocking on and off power

Replaced my rear diff mount and all three diff bushes(poly) the other week, used new bolts on mounts and prop shaft, done about 200 miles and it has developed a slight knock when coming off and on the power, more so when coming on power again. Quickly checked the four rear diff mount bolts and they are tight still. I am thinking it has to be drive train related???

Looks like diff will have to come out again. st. There is play in the drivers side output shaft, the whole shaft rocks in the diff, this must be where the noise is coming from, I presume the bearing is shot.
Has anybody rebuilt a Hydratrak before?
