No outgoing e mail

Just changed broadband to O2 and now cannot send e mails although I can receive them . I am running Vista - Any ideas.

Maybe O2 are blocking outgoing SMTP over non-O2 mailservers.

Call them and ask.

You are still trying to use the outgoing SMTP server from your old isp. Change it to the new 02 SMTP outgoing server and it should be fine.
