Transaxle fitting questions
Discussion
Getting closer to being finished. The drive train is in the car as is the shift linkage and there is plenty of clerance between the two thanks to the oil pan that Canton made for the Dart block.
What is the specification for the fitting that connects the slave cylinder to the clutch line?
What is the spec for a plug to replace the crank vent? Are there any alternatives to tapping one of the plugs to fit the new vent line?
The Kinesis wheels are on and absolutely match the factory fit. Email me if you want pictures, I don't have anywhere to post them.

This is a funny one. As far as I could make out it was an M12 taper thread. Getting fittings for this is virtually impossible...they are certainly not off the shelf. Ultima supply a straight thread -4 to M12 (double check yourself with a thread guage) adapter with a copper washer to seal which works very well. It costs a few £ here but shipping will probably dwarf that...
Sent my slave down the Goodridge Technical Centre. A nice man sorted it out and sent it back inside the week more or less...

earl's http://my.coredcs.com/~wmeng/ makes a strait fitting that will work for the slave cylinder. Don't remember the size but 12mm X 1.5 to -4 an sounds right. I can double check when I get home. Any shop that carries earl's fittin should be able to get it for you for a few dollars. You also need a crush washer, I'll check on the size when i get home

the fitting is either a
14mm X 1.5 to 4an (earls part number 9919bfherl)
or
12mm X 1.5 to 4an (earls part number 9919bfgerl)
I had both circled in the catalog, just run a tap in the hole to check the thread size.
the washers are
aluminum crush washers ftg size 6, I.D 9/16
(earls part number 177006erl)
