Discussion
My e240 has a spot of rust on the driver side door and on the front wheel arch and I could do with getting the (amg) wheels refurbished.

can someone please give me some advice on who may be able to help with this. I'm based in Batley, West Yorks.

Sorry, missed this first time round.
Do yourself a favour, and give Bilt Hamber a call tomorrow or e-mail them the link to the pics and ask their advice.
Deoxit Gel springs to mind and perhaps Hydrate 80, but I'll let them advise on which is most suitable to let you touch in those areas after using their treatment(s).
