staffs and shrops meet june 09

morning all

what is the date for next months meet? reading the link on venues it was mentioned that it might be the tuesday the 9th. at long sutton i think.

i have bought myself a defender 90 so think that might make an appearance not quite as tricked up as the range rover but is better machine and its only done 243000 miles so it just nicely run in. it got me all the way upto fort william and back over weekend without no bother so i quest its a good un.

P.S. It would have been nice for the other Staffs/Shrops PH lot replied to this - you miserable lot!!!

Just been talking about June meet with Barry TVR have replaced my TVR with this sorry but its a cracking motor and as i was unable to find used TVR in same price bracket and already 5 years old, Wifey who must be obeyed said you must have it.

Hi Paul,

Got the Noble back from Wrexham. Still needs diffuser and trim putting back on. More importantly needs remapping - drinking petrol.

Don't swap to wednesday - won't even be late for a wednesday, my running night. See u @ Red Lion unless day changes.

i wont be able to make the meet next as i am back in romania



here is a pic of my landy in my absence. It is in the glen coe on the way to fort william. The road is mint but would have been better in a faster car. the landy does not cut it through the bends. anyone who has driven the glen coe will know how nice it is great sweeping bends loads of overtaking straights oh yeah and if you look the views are quite nice too !!
