HELP -rFactor Wheel Settings?

Can anyone shed some light on wheel setup for rFactor? Specifically the DFP, but I guess it’ll be similar to any of the 900degree Logitech’s.
I’ve just rebuilt my PC and I forget to make a note of my previous setting, both the Logitech drivers and the rFactor settings. I’m not sure how well set up it was before but it worse now
I understand that the “digital steering” setting effects how much the virtual wheel turns in relation to the actual wheel, so 100% should be a 1:1 relationship? But is it better to have a high “digital steering rate” with a larger lock set in the drivers or narrow the lock in the drivers and reduce the “digital steering rate”?
Also what effect do the other settings have such as the (I think) “sensitivity”? And what about the pedals?
