Does anyone know if there has been a recent management change at Piper Cams or anything at all which may be affecting their service levels in recent weeks? They've had a pair of cams which I sent them for reprofiling 2 months ago (was told it would take between 3-5 days) and despite numerous calls to them and promises of return calls, I've had not so much as a sausage out of them. Last time around I dealt with Warren Johnson and had a pair of cams turned around in only 3 days. Just wondered if anyone may know of any reasons for the current delay.
