Financing purchase of a franchise business
Discussion
Funding a franchise is no different to funding any other business start-up or purchase. Speak to your local bank business managers.
My experience at the moment is that Co-Op, Bank of Scotland and Barclays are the most active at the moment in the small/mid sector - probably not worth bothering with RBS, Bank of Ireland or the Santander group just at the moment, but I could be wrong).
Also, speak to Business Link about funding and they should be able to point you in the right direction (as should any corporate finance accountant).
