There is a good place in Southampton for geo, William Street Services. They do great stuff there, if you want a full track setup go to Plans near Guildford who can corner weight it as well if you adjustable spring bases.

I like your thinking Gooby biggrin

Got a week off coming up - may try and get up there

Does the Stig test the Geo out for you afterwards? biggrin

Depends on who you think the stig is? Ask Graham!

We went up there and the studio doors were left open, rude not to look around, few "edits" to the cool wall....

Wasnt me...

Pro Tyre in Poole (opposite macro)do a very good job with a full lazer alignment jig, they weight the car down properly as well. They can either set the car up as standard or set it to your own dimentions if you take them and some shims with you.

They are also where the local main dealer will take your car to be set up if you go through them.

As others have said - Sportomotive or Back on Track.

Interested in the one in Southampton that SpeedYellow recommended though, Kurt, did you have the 240R in there?

For some reason I always thought they were further away, considering I work in Farnborough for part of the week they are on my doorstep. Looks like I will be making a visit in the near future.

240R went to plans as it was having new track shocks and I wanted it corner weighted, over the top for road use! The boys at William street do all my other cars, including the Ultima!

Make sure they dont go too "track focussed". They looked at the adjusting shims on mine and went "Nah!, dont need those!". I bloody love the "uncompromising" feel of the car but she does eat tyres. Not at all helped by the idiot at the wheel with a huge grin! She is not as stable in a straight line and to get a substantial contact of the tyre in the bends you have to comit to it. So much fun....

I want a drive now...

Had a play with a majorly modded RX8 the other day, I thought he had given up when I couldnt see him on the other side of some bends. All the dump valve "pfffffffft" didnt help one bit!
