Due to the bright and sunny mornings, anybody fancy a meet up on Goathland Moor 6:00 am Sunday Morning.

Quick chat a few photos in the early morning sun and back home to bed for 7:30.

I was thinking the parking area on the road out of Goathland going north east just before it hairpins with the A169.

Probably the best driving morning of the year, and I had some of Yorkshires finest all to myself. Some dodgy looking characters in Wetwang though.



Only passed one car on the run up and a couple of horse boxes on the way back, brill

Simon, I did consider your invite but it would have been a very early start for me, but to be honest seeing the photo and having done household chores all day I wish I had been a little more adventurous. Remember me next time

I got up the same time you were there.
Had a run out to the Tan Hill pub, met up with some of the north east guys.
Quite a lot of traffic about later though especially bikes.

Went for a walk round Oldstead Simon.

Took the dogs and had a pub lunch.

Was a cracking day for driving.

Looks great that! I got up early too on Sunday but headed East on a very convoluted route through East Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and finally Lincolnshire, ending up at Cadwell park for a days watching racing in the sun.

Was a perfect morning and the best drive I've had for ages, wonderful.
