What brakes pads are you guys running?

Bought my cerb in november and have been working on it until relatively recently - on the few runs out i have had the brakes feel a little wooden..? the car came fitted with EBC red stuff pads...wondering if they are not suited to road use (they do get better when warmed) or if they have 'gone off' or 'hardened' somehow...? They also seem to produce alot of brake dust?..that may also be due to my black wheels showing more dust than the more normal silver ones..?

I see most of the usual suspects are selling mintex pads - just wondering what the concensus is on here?

Just to makes matters more complicated, I was running my previous car (Chim 400) on EBC yellow stuff pads and they seemed great - good feel from the off (cold) and never faded...

Thanks in advance

I have a friend who drives pretty hard and rates the ceramic reds, don't know what the yellows are like in comparison.

I have been using Ferrodo DS2500 pads.

They have been good for a trackday at Spa as well as normal day to day commuting and spirited driving
